Naini Setalvad is a nutritionist, health and lifestyle disease management consultant. She is passionate about achieving health and optimum wellness through REAL food choices.
Naini has centers in Mumbai and Rajkot and provides nutrition courses at Maniben Nanavati College, Mumbai. Innumerable people have lost weight, regressed or reversed diseases under her guidance.
Naini has addressed people through her columns, talks, and television appearances. Her knowledge has earned her the right to speak in prestigious institutes including Piramal Research Centre, Reserve Bank of India and Nanavati Hospital, among others. She has created awareness on nutrition in Mumbai police, corporates, schools and colleges. She has been on the advisory committee of multiple organisations, such as Conscious Foods as well as Help Your Body.
Nutritionist for Mumbai Police, Nutritionist for Femina Miss India 2010-11, and for IDIVA- girl next door contest 2011. Naini has worked with European Olive Oil council, International Prune Council, Marico for their Saffola rice and oats, 'Superactice' nutritional supplement, zespri kiwi fruit.
About fifteen years ago, Naini was 160 kilos. Today, she is 60 kilos. Naini strongly believes that every human being has a birthright to understand how food affects every aspect of their life, and how it can change and their blue print of health.
Anoop Misra M.D.

Dr. Anoop Misra is presently the Director of Department of Diabetes & Metabolic Diseases Fortis Hospitals, New Delhi. He joined Fortis after 10 distinguished years as Professor of Internal Medicine, Head, Diabetes and Metabolism Research Group, and Incharge, Clinical Pharmacology Unit at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. Dr Misra has done under graduation and post graduation from AIIMS, New Delhi. He has worked in the best hospitals internationally; as a faculty member of the Department of Endocrinology at the Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, USA. He was also the World Health Organization fellow at Royal Free Hospital, UK (2000) and University of Texas (1996). Presently, he is also adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Dr. Misra is an internationally acclaimed researcher and scientist. He has been a member of a number of national and international policy and decision-making bodies including WHO, ICMR Expert Groups for Childhood Obesity , National Control Programs for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, India, National Pharmacovigilance Committee and Indian Pharmacopoeia. He is Chief Scientific Advisor, Diabetes Foundation (India), and core committee member of Diabetes India.
Dr. Misra has published more than 200 scientific papers in international journals. He has received several prestigious orations and awards including India and abroad: S.N. Tripathy Memorial Oration, Prof. Austin E. Doyle Oration, Dr K.L. Wig Oration, and Sam G. Moses Oration. He has been awarded the highest award for medicine in India, the Dr BC Roy Award (2006) and the prestigious National Honor, Padma Shri (2007).
He has several important new scientific findings to his credit including new definitions of obesity, abdominal obesity and syndrome X in Asian Indians. He is on the editorial boards of five international journals on diabetes and metabolic disorders.
